Directions:

Hold the Blue Sage Bundle at a downward angle and light it for a few seconds until it begins to smoke, if it catches fire blow it out. Set an intention for your smudging ritual, you can also choose a mantra and repeat aloud or in your head.

Keep a fire proof item nearby to place your Sage on when you are done smudging, such as an abalone shell.
